Local orders received after 12pm GMT Monday to Friday would generally be delivered on the next available day. National deliveries beyond the NG postcode must be received Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders received on Friday or Saturday for National delivery will be delivered within three working days

Delivery informationIt is the responsibility of the person placing the order to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order. Please ensure the correct address and contact details are provided for the intended recipient. In the event of any delivery problems VAAS will not accept responsibility for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect information.
If the address provided is a work address, please indicate the times the recipient will be available at that address or if a private address, when we are likely to find the recipient at home. Deliveries are not possible on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays (except Mother’s Day). Delivery is not included in the price of product. There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices etc. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.

Delivery Details
For Nottinghamshire deliveries:
Should the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or place the order in a considered safe place at the delivery address. A card will be posted through the letterbox informing the recipient that a delivery has been attempted.
National deliveries beyond the NG postcode:
Every effort will be made to deliver the order. If an attempted delivery fails, a card will be left providing details to the recipient of how to organise their redelivery, which will be free of charge.
If the subsequent delivery fails it will be returned to VAAS. No refund will be made if a recipient is unable to receive the order. In these circumstances VAAS cannot accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver if the customer wishes to proceed with the order.
If the order we deliver is damaged in transit, you cannot be reimbursed if the recipient has accepted the order by signing. By signing they have agreed that the delivery is acceptable.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an unreasonable quality, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of the products in question. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
